2014/03/03 8M6D！希望我可以撐到翔翔自然離乳！這是今天中午擠的，平常我可以擠到200cc up.....會這樣是因為前一天中午我喝了兩口苦瓜排骨湯.......

寫這篇呢，其實只是為了自己之後要是又吃到退奶物，才有地方發洩.............

嚴重石頭奶時，千萬不可以用力擠壓胸部，
按摩方式要改用手掌捧著整個乳房，輕輕晃動，
讓整個乳線鬆動，這時可能會有一些滴奶，
就可以用「手」將塞在前端的奶擠出，
請不要用擠乳器，因為擠乳器多半用力在擠壓後端的奶，
但嚴重塞奶就跟交通阻塞一樣，前端的奶不出，後端的奶照塞。

小孩其實是最好的吸乳器，完全不會有前後端或馬達不足的問題，
但是石頭奶時，小孩一定邊哭邊吸，因為他含不住，
媽媽要稍微用手擠出再讓他吸，擠到什麼程度？
判別的方式，是用指尖輕推12點方向的乳暈，亦即媽媽自己視線往下所即處，
輕推時，乳頭要會彎腰向我們下巴的方向，而不是直挺挺的，
這才是準備好可以讓孩子吸住的乳頭！
否則小孩會不正確含乳，只吸住乳頭，媽媽自己也會受傷。

這是有一次我塞奶到發燒，掛到一個女婦產科醫師教我的，
當時簡直茅塞頓開，原來石頭奶的按摩跟擠奶方式是不同的。

 
 
 

一兩年前之前為了要show自己畫的圖給裝潢的師傅看，
除了個角度的紙本要帶，還得帶筆電才有機會完整的show出來。
最近又畫了個邊桌打算自己DIY，傳了截圖給老公之後才想起當時的遺憾，
